Gold Coast Holiday
On the 18th of March 2018, my whole family went to the Gold Coast for a holiday. We had to wake up really early to get on our flight because the flight was at 5:30 Am. When we arrived it was around the time of 7:30 so it wasn't too hot but it was still a little bit hot. When we got inside of the airport we went to go and get some breakfast, the only place that was open in the airport at this time was hungry jacks so we got some food from there. We finished eating our breakfast so we went on our way to go to my uncle’s house. The first thing we did when we got to my uncle’s house was go in the pool, their pool was quite deep but i'm very tall so I could reach the bottom. My aunty had made us some ham sandwiches for lunch so my cousins and I got out of the pool to go have some lunch.
We finished our lunch got changed out of our togs and went to movie world. We finally arrived at movie world after a long drive!
The first thing my family went on was the Green lantern roller coaster, my mum and I didn't go on because we didn't really enjoy roller coasters but I was willing to give at least one ago which i did, i went on the scooby-doo ride I was quite scared to get on but i did it in the end. Went home after going to movie world and relaxed for a bit and had dinner.
The next day we were going to go to two different theme parks, Wet’n’Wild and Sea-world. We went to Wet’nWild first before sea world because we wanted to go on water slides before seeing the sea animals. We finished up at Wet’n’Wild and started driving to Sea-world, Sea-world was really fun we went to the dolphin show and went to the aquarium. My family finally wanted to go on the storm ride which was one of the only big rides there i didn’t want to go on but somehow my mum convinced me to go on, And i loved it. I went on the ride so many times I can't even count how many times I did. Later that night we went to my cousins 21st birthday it was fun but some people got a bit drunk, we went home and as soon as we got home we saw a huntsman spider and my uncle picked it up and threw it outside. Our trip was finally over and we were going home the next day.
It was an amazing trip and I would like to go to the gold coast again.

When you write 'we went to go and get some breakfast', it would be more formal to write something like 'We went to get some breakfast' because the 'went' indicates that you are 'going', so you don't need 'go', also ' we went on our way to go to my uncle’s house' same deal.
