Thank you letter to Summer

In class we have been writing 'Thank You' letters to the parents who came on camp with us in Week 5. This is my letter to Summer, Grace's mother who was my group leader. I have printed this and sent it to her as well.

Please enjoy and remember to leave a comment.

Dear Summer,

Thank you for all the fun times we had together, especially kayaking. It was hilarious when you fell of during the piano game! It was great how you took your time off to help us with the activities and spend time with us. I really appreciate how you woke up early to make us breakfast. The spaghetti bolognese was my favourite! I also loved how you helped us cook and prepare our food. We all had a amazing time doing the activities.

Suzanne Aubert

WALT: learn more about Suzanne Aubert.

Why are we learning about her?
Because we are going to Wellington for the day on Thursday, November 29th and will visit the Home of Compassion where Suzanne Aubert started her mission in Wellington.

Why is Suzanne Aubert going to be a saint?

Because of all the people she helped and the organisations that she set up. She saved a lot of people because of the medicine she helped grow and provide. She has to have formal recognition of two miracles, the result of her intercession before God on behalf of people who have asked her for help.
